IT'S THE ****ING APOCALYPSE DUDE!
Control Scheme
• Arrow Key Movement
• Space Bar Jump
• Left Click Shooting
• Hotkey for picking up items in a certain proximity.
Weapons
• A variety of different guns, explosives, tools, and the environment.
Combat & Gameplay
• Where you aim is basically where the projectile or attack should be directed. If you shoot at the sky that's where your projectile should go. Just like in most FPS games.
• Medical equipment of various types should be be able to heal hp, cure infection, mend injuries, etc. You should require a teammate to apply medicine to you when you're seriously injured.
• Various zombies should be able to have different effects on. One in particular I'd like to see is one that explodes when it dies and releases a plague cloud that makes your camera shake and attracts more zombies.
• All the weapons, ammo, medical, and everything else you'll use should be randomly placed in buildings, vehicles, and other spots each game so people don't know where to search.
• When you die you have to wait until one of your teammates finds another AI survivor, then you can take over control from that AI.
Features
• Physics
• FPS camera
• 8 Player Co-operative play
• AI survivors and enemies.
• Epic terrain & Multi-floor buildings
• Tons of Zombies
• Pimp'd out User Interface.
• Vehicles
• etc...
More Suggestions: I think we should add food to the game. You'll starve very slowly but if you plan on surviving more then say 12 minutes you'll have to eat once in awhile ingame.
Bobo, if there's anything else you'd like me to cover please inform me and I'll write about it here. o.o

Alright, this is a synopsis of what the RL Maple Mall project is about.
Starting with the story...
A new strain of the rabies virus has appeared in Canada and spread through many of the North American continents cities. Within a week, millions have fallen ill with the virus and become rabid zombies. The cities few survivors have either fled to rural areas or died fighting. Elsewhere in the world, the other nations are preoccupied with fighting the infection as it spreads around the globe. In the game, you have banded up with 11 other survivors. Your mission is straightforward, search for food, find good places to hold up in during the nights, find ammo and other provisions.
There is no conspiracy, no search for a cure, just the desperate fight for survival.
What to expect...
In RL Maple Mall, there will be fields, forests, ponds, lakes, houses, etc. The environment is rural countryside and small towns. Houses and other buildings will serve as your main source of food, but you can also get food from hunting and foraging or from fields. RL Maple Mall will feature wildlife and will make ecological sense (for example if the environment is bare and doesn't look it can support an organism, you most likely won't find anything there when hunting.) Also, because the virus mainly started in the cities, the people of the countryside have been preparing. Some buildings you will come across will be stocked with generous provisions, armaments, and will serve a good place to fight the infection off from. Eventually though, you are your group will expend those resources and will have no choice but to continue your search to find another building, forever roaming around. This adds a nice element to gameplay since you can't camp in one place forever; you have to go and take risks.
The ravenous hordes...
The infected will behave differently depending on weather conditions, as well as whether or not it is day or night. Most zombies will be more subdued during day, so less of them will attack, some might even try to run away. A few zombies actually do better during the day. Zombies of all different types can be expected. Big slow ones, ones that reek of the virus and can harm the non-resistant just by being near, crawling ones, fast ones, maimed ones, berzerk ones, regular ones, etc... sometimes a zombie will die of thirst and you won't even need to kill it.
Features...
Features not already covered will be the following (note: I might have left a few out by accident). A dynamic camera system, a spawning system, good AI, a chat system, physics system, vehicles, barricading, an advanced ammo system, realistic weapons (31+ different weapons), an advanced weapons system (similar to ET II), awesome terrain, multi-level buildings, save/load system, rank system, and now I'm too bored of talking about features to mention anything more... for now... oh well.
Other people...
Once in awhile, AI controlled players will join you guys for awhile. They most likely will die fighting the infected, but if they don't they will eventually head out on there own, after all big groups means food runs out even faster. They may even tell you something too. For example, they might say something that will hint at where you could find a car, where a hospital is, where a heavily infected place you want to avoid is, etc. There are no quests; it's all up to the players to investigate and to pick up on subtle things like this. Ultimately, these clues could make the difference between life and death. (Note: as many things as possible will be changed around each time you remake, so hopefully things won’t get predictable. The house that once was a fiesta of food could be empty in a remake, maybe even contain zombies.)

Fort Wars

[Category] Builder, Monarchy, Epic, Farming, Mining, Forestry, etc.
[Progress] Development Stage: Stage 2, Open Beta. (There are a total of 10 stages outlined in detail in the ingame help menu)
[Development Status] Open Beta. There are no requirements (currently) to work on Fort Wars but Newgen World Editor might be necessary later on.
[Synopsis] Fort Wars is a strategy game. On average a game of Fort Wars takes about 4 hours to complete. You start of in a fort with one house and children on the way! It is up to you to make sure they survive to adulthood and that everyone kills the rebels as fast as possible. If the rebels get out of hand, as they usually do when there are too many noobs or the game is ill-fated (A lot of the gameplay relies on chance), you must harvest enough lumber (500) to get a house and begin a new empire somewhere else. Overtime as we continue work on the game the gameplay will change dramatically. For now it's about building an empire, massing weapons, expanding, building defenses, and forging alliances. Note that it takes a while to get used to playing this game.
[Story & Details] You are the leader of a people who dwell in a fort. One of the NPC foes you will encounter is "The Kingdoom of N00bia". The default factions are divided North VS South but if you want too you can forge new alliances later on (Changing alliances early in the game is unwise, infact it can be suicidal if your people are not separated from whoever you?re declaring war with). The game is heavy on strategy but rather light on story. It's up to the player to make there own story and secure their place in Fort Wars history.

3D Builder: Prototype

[Category] Co-Builder, Make-your-own-game, Simulator
[Progress] Development Stage: Near Public Release but not final version.
[Development Status] Closed Beta* as of December 26th, 2008. Required to work on 3D Builder: Prototype is the Newgen World Editor.
[Synopsis] 3D Builder is a 12-player, online co-building game. Using a variety of building parts and an array of tools, you can make just about anything you can imagine. The tools are: Copy, Mass Copy, Paste, Mass Paste, Remove, Remove 2, Enable Control Remove (Makes it so that remove only removes destructibles equal to the one in the clipboard), Shovel (for lowering/raising terrain), Snap-to-grid, Build Teleporter (teleports units to rally point), Build Unit Spawner (Customizable), Undo, Tint (Units only), Spray Can (For changing terrain). A variety of commands allow the player to manipulate the cameras view, customize what size, angle, and variation a destructible will be spawned with, customize the weather, and bring up an alliance menu (To ally/unally players). Building parts in 3D Builder: Prototype comes in the log cabin, old English, and castle theme. Currently unannounced building parts themes may come out later in development.
[Story & Details] No story except that which players make up themselves. Highlights of playing 3D Builder are making a house and fending it off from zombies or having people live in it (which you have to take care of in away alike to the Sims 2, by doing things such as feeding them, having them sleep, etc.) making arenas to battle in, setting up epic battles between castles, and so on! To build certain things special techniques must be utilized by builders. For example, to get things aloft in the air, such as when you want to build a roof, you need to paste the roof on a stack of blocks (or whatever you want to stack underneath it), then use control remove to remove the blocks from underneath the roof.
[Platform] Wacraft III: The Frozen Throne
*Closed Beta means only Clan Blue members can play the game.
